Stainless Steel Machined Parts
If you are unsure of your needs, we can help. We have run 416 heat treated and nickel plated as well as 304 needing passivation. We currently run and stock 303 hex nuts, round shafts and washers as well as 416 valves stems and retaining washers. Our knowledge of running different types of stainless steels can be very helpful. Stainless Steel Characteristics
Thanks to its highly useful and unique properties, Stainless Steel is a material that has served a wide variety of purposes for a very long time. Perhaps its most interesting characteristic is its self-healing quality - this quality, combined with its exceptional durability and low maintenance warrants its prevalence in architecture. Stainless steel also features resistance to corrosion, scale, acids, cryogenic temperatures and impact (among many others), which makes it an incredibly tough and versatile option. In addition, its characteristic of being 100% recyclable has provided a new avenue for Stainless Steel as an eco-friendly material.
